OPPORTUNITY

My mission is to strengthen our community by investing in youth, supporting local families, and creating safe, thriving neighborhoods. I am committed to expanding access to education, economic opportunity, and community-based programs that build pride, resilience, and unity.

Community of Opportunity

HIS VISION

I envision a District 3 where our streets are clean and safe, our small businesses flourish, and our young people are surrounded by opportunity. Together, we can create a more vibrant, connected, and empowered Compton.

Why Randall?

Randall Hook was born and raised in Compton and has never left. He has seen this city rise to the world stage—shaping music, sports, culture, activism, and global imagination—yet he knows firsthand that Compton’s global prominence has not equally benefited the people who actually live here.

The next step is turning that greatness inward, so Compton residents reap the benefits of the Compton brand.

He's Done the Work Already.

Through the Compton Cowboys, he built a multimillion-dollar business that literally puts “Compton first”—in name, in message, and in soul. He has lived the life of the neighborhood kid who pushed himself toward higher education, corporate success, and global visibility.

He understands both sides of the coin: corporations and the community.

CAMPAIGN PILLARS

Randy’s strength is connection. He knows how to bring people, ideas, and generations together for positive change.

A Community of Opportunity

Randy will support local small businesses, expand job training and youth employment, and attract investment to strengthen District 3’s business corridors.

Safe, Clean, & Proud Neighborhoods

Randy will improve neighborhood infrastructure and strengthen partnerships between residents, churches, schools, and public safety groups.

Youth Power & Civic Ownership

Randy wants to inspire a new generation to claim Compton’s greatness. He will expand after-school programs, mentorship, equestrian programming, and build opportunities for local youth to lead, volunteer, and shape the future of Compton.

Transparent, Responsible, Community-First Governance

Randy will bring clear metrics, business discipline, and consistent communication to City Hall and ensure transparency in budgeting and contracting.
